To receive the Auto-Delivery discounted price of any item, you need to order that item (with a credit/debit card or PayPal) for immediate processing AND set it up for Auto-Delivery for subsequent months. You will receive that discount pricing each month thereafter, so long as you keep it on Auto-Delivery status.
